About seedream55.io

seedream55.io is a browser app for making images with ByteDance's Seedream image models. You type a prompt or upload up to 10 reference images, choose 1K or 2K and an aspect ratio, and the finished image appears on the page. There is nothing to install and no API key to set up.

Why we built it

Seedream is one of the strongest image models available, but using it usually means a developer console, an API account or an app that is not offered in every country. We wanted a page where anyone can try it in a minute: sign in with Google, get free trial credits, and generate. Paid credit packs and plans are there for people who use it often.

Which model runs here

Images are generated through a third-party API provider that serves Seedream models. Today that is Seedream 5.0 Pro, the latest version ByteDance has released. Seedream 5.5 has not been officially released yet; when it becomes available through our provider, we will switch to it and update this page. Our Seedream 5.5 release date tracker lists what has been confirmed so far, with sources.

How we check what we publish

Facts about Seedream on this site, such as release dates, supported sizes and input limits, come from ByteDance Seed, BytePlus and Volcano Engine announcements and documentation, or from testing the model ourselves. Pages that report news show a last-updated date and link to their sources. If something is wrong or out of date, email us and we will correct it.

Independence

seedream55.io is an independent service. It is not made, endorsed or sponsored by ByteDance, and Seedream is a trademark of its owner. Questions about the model itself or ByteDance's own apps should go to ByteDance.

Who runs it

The site is operated by Senmei Group Pty Ltd (ACN 700 570 154), a small company in Australia. It is funded by the credit packs and plans that users buy, and by ads. We do not sell your images or your personal data; see the privacy policy for the details.

Contact
