Content Safety Screening
Prompts, uploaded files, and generated outputs are screened for safety, including by automated systems and our screening provider, before and after generation, to enforce our Acceptable Use Policy.
We retain logs of blocked or flagged attempts (such as the prompt, account identifier, timestamp, and screening result) for abuse prevention, fraud prevention, and legal compliance, and we may report illegal content to the authorities where required by law. A generated image blocked by our output check may be kept in private storage for up to 7 days so that you can request a manual review, or until a requested review is decided, and is then deleted. Images flagged with signals involving possible minors are never kept.
