Welcome to seedream55.io, an AI image generation service operated by Senmei Group Pty Ltd ("we", "us", the "Service"). By accessing or using our website at https://seedream55.io/, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms").

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Site or the Service.

Eligibility

Use of the Service
Permitted Use
Senmei Group Pty Ltd grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for lawful purposes, subject to these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy below.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:

User Content
Ownership and Responsibility
You retain ownership of content you upload or generate ("User Content"). You are solely responsible for your User Content.
License to Seedream 5.5
By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display the content to operate and promote the Service.
Content Restrictions
You agree not to upload, generate, or share any User Content that:
Is misleading, false, or inaccurate
Violates applicable laws or regulations
Infringes intellectual property rights
Includes unsolicited promotions
Shares personal details without consent
Contains explicit sexual material
Is inappropriate or disruptive
May result in account termination
⚠️ Any violation of these terms may result in the suspension or termination of your account.
Acceptable Use Policy
You may not use the Service to create, upload, request, or share any of the following. This applies to prompts, uploaded images, and generated outputs.
- Sexual or nude content of any kind, including suggestive or sexualized content
- Any content involving minors in a sexual, violent, or exploitative context. We have zero tolerance and report such content to the authorities (e.g. NCMEC)
- Non-consensual intimate imagery
- Deepfakes, or using the likeness, face, voice, or name of a real person without their documented consent, including celebrities and public figures
- Impersonation of any person, brand, or organization
- Content that infringes copyright or trademark rights, including copyrighted characters and brand logos
- Graphic violence or gore
- Hateful content targeting people based on protected characteristics
- Harassment, bullying, threats, or intimidation
- Content that promotes or depicts self-harm or suicide
- Election or political deception, including fabricated depictions of candidates or officials
- Content that facilitates or depicts illegal activity
Prompts, uploads, and outputs are automatically screened for safety before and after generation. Requests that fail screening are blocked. If a generated image is blocked by the output check, the credits for that generation are still charged and the image is not delivered; eligible images may be submitted for one manual review within 7 days of the block.
Violations may result in blocked output, suspension or termination of your account without refund of credits consumed in violating attempts, and reporting to law enforcement or other authorities where required by law.
Intellectual Property
Senmei Group Pty Ltd owns only its own original content and code on the Site, such as its software, page text, and designs. ByteDance, Seedream 5.5, and all other third-party names, logos, and trademarks referenced on the Site belong to their respective owners; no ownership of or affiliation with those marks is claimed or implied.

Intellectual Property Complaints / DMCA
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright or trademark, send a notice to hello@seedream55.io. Under 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3), your notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the copyrighted work or trademark you claim is infringed
- The URL or other specific location of the allegedly infringing material
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the rights owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the rights owner or authorized to act on their behalf
Counter-Notice
If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to hello@seedream55.io that includes your signature, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court.
Repeat Infringers
We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
We aim to acknowledge and act on complete notices within 2 business days.
Payment and Subscription
💳Fees
Certain features require payment. You agree to pay all applicable fees. We reserve the right to change fees with notice.
🔒Billing
Payments are processed through third-party processors. You authorize charges to your payment method.
💰Refunds
Fees are non-refundable unless stated in our Refund Policy. Discretionary refunds may apply.
Daily Check-in Credits
Daily check-in bonus credits are promotional and expire at the next calendar day 00:00 (UTC). Upon expiry, unused bonus credits may be reclaimed and deducted from your balance.
Termination
By You
You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions provided on the Site. Upon termination, your right to access and use the Service will immediately cease.
By Seedream 5.5
We may terminate or suspend your account or access to the Service, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to your violation of these Terms.
Modifications to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Site or by sending you a notice through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the modifications.
